As per the Royal Mail website, we recommend placing any orders by Friday 16th December (before 1.00pm) for the best chance of receiving your items before Christmas.
PokeRand will be closed from Tuesday 20th December 2022 at 2.00pm and will reopen on Tuesday 3rd January 2023. Any orders placed during this time will not be dispatched until Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
We offer a range of different delivery options to meet your satisfaction. Please note due to operational reasons our trading card products will be dispatched from a different location to our clothing & merchandise products. This is at no extra cost to you, but be advised you may receive two deliveries if you order both in the same order.
We aim to get all orders made before 1pm (GMT) on a working day dispatched on the same day unless stated otherwise on the product page. Orders placed after 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day (not including weekends). Please allow an additional day for courier deliveries. This is subject to change during busy periods.
Royal Mail 24 - provides you with confirmation of delivery. Arrives in 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - provides you with full tracking. Arrives next working day.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - provides you with full tracking. Arrives within 48 hours (working days only).
DHL Trackable Service - trackable service with 1-2 days delivery time.
INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE & REST OF WORLD)
Royal Mail International (Tracked) - you'll receive a tracking number to follow your purchase. Aims to arrive in 7-10 working days.
Please note a courier service may be used depending on the size of your order. Aims to arrive in 5-7 working days. Please note: delays may apply due to Brexit & customs delays.
